Sara Hanley

Sara Hanley is a seasoned litigation counsel concentrating on representing investors across the nation who have suffered losses due to mishandled brokerage accounts. She adeptly handles claims against brokers, broker-dealers, investment advisors, financial advisors, and insurance companies. Hanley's expertise spans securities litigation and arbitration, including class actions, arbitrations, trials, mediations, and settlements.

An experienced legal professional, Hanley serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National Futures Association (NFA). She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
