Amanda M. Oliver

Amanda M. Oliver, formerly known as Amanda M. Sleezer, is a Partner at Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC. She has dedicated her legal practice to handling complex family law disputes, including child custody, visitation, child support, and parentage issues. Her expertise extends to estate valuation, account tracing, and prenuptial agreements, addressing both pre-decree and post-decree matters.

Ms. Oliver earned her B.A. in Political Science/Pre-Law from Millikin University in 2003 and her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2006. During her studies, she gained valuable experience interning at The Children’s Law Center and The Employment Justice Center in Washington, D.C., as well as with litigation and family law firms in Chicago. Her academic achievements include election to The John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law (JCIL).

In 2007, Ms. Oliver was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Lake County Bar Association.
