George S. Bellas

George S. Bellas has built a notable career in handling intricate business disputes, leveraging technology and Artificial Intelligence to deliver cost-effective litigation solutions. His practice spans both state and federal courts, with a focus on prioritizing clients' interests.

His extensive experience includes resolving disputes in areas such as business partnerships within corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, as well as probate and trust-related conflicts. He also addresses issues involving restrictive covenants, non-disclosure agreements, and breach of contract disputes.

Over the past two decades, George has been honored by his peers for his contributions to business litigation. He has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer and one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Illinois. His work in uncovering defects in the Ford Explorer, which led to a significant automotive recall, earned him the highest honor from the American Trial Lawyers. Additionally, he was recognized as one of the Top 100 Defense Lawyers in Illinois.

George is a national leader in e-discovery and frequently lectures on the integration of technology in litigation. In October 2019, he was part of a team honored by the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter for Trial Lawyer Excellence for successfully prosecuting a class action against State Farm.
