Tricia M. Crabtree

Tricia M. Crabtree graduated with honors in 2022 from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Diversity and Social Inequality. She then attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude in 2025.

While in law school, Tricia was recognized with three CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her outstanding performance in Employment Discrimination, Trial Advocacy 2, and Evidence. She was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, participating as an appellate advocate and coach.

In 2023, Tricia interned with Cabrini Green Law Aid, where she assisted in expunging and sealing criminal records. Her work at Chicago-Kent's Civil Litigation Clinic focused on Employment Discrimination and § 1983 cases. The following year, she interned at the Midwest Innocence Project in Kansas City, contributing to wrongful conviction cases involving police misconduct.

Tricia's practice emphasizes Police Misconduct and Employment Discrimination matters. She handles cases involving wrongful detentions, false arrests, unreasonable searches, malicious prosecutions, excessive force, and due process violations, as well as employment discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, and criminal records.

Driven by a deep commitment to civil rights, Tricia is dedicated to advocating for individuals whose rights have been violated.
