Todd J. Polito

Todd J. Polito was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, where he was inspired by his father, the Honorable Joseph C. Polito (retired), a respected figure in Will County's legal community. His father's career as an Associate Judge in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit provided Todd with early exposure to the legal profession, igniting his passion for law.

Before embarking on his legal career, Todd served in the United States Navy for four years, where he was awarded the prestigious Naval Achievement Medal. After his honorable discharge, he spent 12 years as an executive with Marriott International, honing his leadership and business skills.

Realizing his true calling, Todd transitioned to law and joined McNamara, Phelan, McSteen, bringing with him substantial experience from another successful local firm. His practice areas include criminal law and family law. Todd is committed to being well-prepared for every case and maintains open communication with his clients to ensure their active involvement.

Todd resides in the northwest suburbs with his wife, Amanda, and their two children. They enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, running, canoeing, and biking. Todd also dedicates time to coaching his children's sports teams and occasionally plays golf.
