Robert E. Duff

Robert E. Duff, a native of Lebanon, Indiana, graduated with honors from Purdue University and earned his law degree with honors from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. His legal career is marked by a diverse range of experiences. He has served as a law clerk for the Honorable John Paul Godich, United States Magistrate Judge, and the Honorable Margaret G. Robb, Indiana Court of Appeals Judge.

Robert's tenure with the Indiana Attorney General's office involved handling civil and worker's compensation cases. He managed a team responsible for the worker's compensation program catering to nearly 50,000 state employees. His experience extends to both small and large Indianapolis law firms, including Locke Reynolds, where he defended Wal-Mart in personal injury lawsuits and represented Mitsubishi and Toyota in lemon law claims.

At Schuckit & Associates, Robert defended Trans Union in Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation across six Midwestern states. In 2007, he founded the Indiana Consumer Law Group/The Law Office of Robert E. Duff to leverage his courtroom expertise in advocating for consumer rights, focusing exclusively on helping consumer victims achieve justice.
