Clarissa Finnell

Clarissa Finnell is a seasoned attorney with Schultz & Pogue, focusing exclusively on family law. Based in Carmel, Indiana, she handles cases including judicial separation, divorce, child support, child custody, paternity, parenting time, and issues of modification and contempt. Her expertise extends to stepparent adoption and guardianship matters.

With 24 years of practice, Ms. Finnell has substantial litigation experience in managing complex and contested family law cases. As a trained collaborative counsel, she assists clients seeking non-court resolutions.

Ms. Finnell earned her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Indiana University and completed her Juris Doctor at IU's School of Law-Indianapolis in 1997.
