Mike Miller

Michael S. Miller, originally from Indianapolis, began his academic journey at North Central High School. He went on to earn his B.A. from Hanover College in 1969. After two years of military service, he pursued his legal education at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating in 1974, supported by the G.I. Bill.

Upon gaining admission to the Bar, Mr. Miller served as a law clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals, followed by four years as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor. His courtroom experience encompasses a wide range of civil litigation cases, particularly in medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Mr. Miller is a respected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor that recognizes lawyers with at least fifteen years of experience who exemplify the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism. This prestigious fellowship is extended by invitation only and is limited to one percent of the lawyer population in any state.

Additionally, Mr. Miller is a lifetime member of the Indianapolis American Inn of Court, where he holds the title of Master of the Bench. This organization is dedicated to promoting excellence in professionalism, ethics, and legal skills. He is also board-certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Lawyers, a division of the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification.
