Michael S. Miller, originally from Indianapolis, began his academic journey at North Central High School. He went on to earn his B.A. from Hanover College in 1969. After two years of military service, he pursued his legal education at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, graduating in 1974, supported by the G.I. Bill.
Upon gaining admission to the Bar, Mr. Miller served as a law clerk for the Indiana Court of Appeals, followed by four years as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor.
