Nicholas Plopper

Nicholas E. Plopper has been practicing law since 2008 and advanced to partner at Plopper & Partners, LLP in 2010. He is admitted to practice by the Indiana State Bar (2008), and he holds bar admissions to the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His areas of expertise encompass Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate, Business Law, Corporate Law, Entertainment Law, and Civil Litigation.

Nicholas earned his B.A. in Telecommunications from Indiana University in 1999. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2006. Following his graduation, he returned to Indiana to practice law alongside his father, Stephen Plopper.

Residing in Carmel, Indiana, Nicholas enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife and two young sons. In his leisure time, he delights in playing guitar, golfing, and collecting rare musical instruments. His commitment to community service is highlighted by his appointment to the Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation Board of Directors in the spring of 2016.

In his professional capacity, Nicholas serves as Courtroom Counsel for the Shawnee Indian Tribe, facilitating their historic land acquisition in Indiana, the first such purchase east of the Mississippi River in over two centuries. Additionally, he acts as Outside General Counsel to IBC Advanced Alloys in Franklin, Indiana.

Nicholas is affiliated with the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.
