Timothy Devereux

Timothy Devereux is a highly experienced litigation attorney based in Carmel, Indiana, with a career spanning more than three decades. He specializes in personal injury cases, particularly those involving motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and product liability. Devereux has represented clients across the United States, including jurisdictions such as Indiana, Illinois, Texas, Colorado, and notable courts like the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the 7th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
