Caleb Smith

Caleb Smith is an Associate Counsel with Stange Law Firm, PC, providing compassionate legal representation in family law matters from the firm's Wichita, Kansas office. He is committed to assisting clients across Sedgwick County during challenging times, focusing on divorce and other household legal issues.

Caleb earned his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2011. During his law studies, he gained valuable experience as a governmental affairs intern with Blue Cross Blue Shield and as a judicial intern at the Washburn Family Law Clinic.

Prior to his legal education, Caleb completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Wichita State University in 2009 and later pursued a Master of Arts in Philosophical Theology from the Iliff School of Theology in 2014. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas.

Before joining the Wichita family lawyers at Stange Law Firm, Caleb served as a Campaign Director in Kansas. His role involved planning legislative lobby days, conducting political candidate training workshops, acting as a liaison for voter rights, and performing legislative research. From 2014 to 2018, he also held positions as a field director, field organizer, and campaign manager for various political campaigns.

Caleb's extensive experience in political planning and execution equips him with unique skills that he brings to his legal practice, helping clients navigate the complexities of family law.
