Chris Kellogg

Chris Kellogg earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, in 2004. During law school, he achieved Dean’s Honors and served as the Student Editor-in-Chief and Student Research Editor for the ABA Household Law Quarterly. Prior to his legal studies, Chris completed a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language Acquisition at Kansas State University.

Before joining the Stange Law Firm in Overland Park, Kansas, where he concentrates on divorce and household law, Chris worked as judicial counsel for a child support government contractor. In this role, he was instrumental in establishing paternity and child support for the Kansas Department for Children and Families in Sedgwick County. His responsibilities included drafting pleadings, representing DCF in court, and managing a significant caseload.

Chris's extensive legal background spans over two decades, including positions such as Administrative Law Judge for the State of Kansas Office of Administrative Hearings, Deputy Director of Child Support Services for the Department for Children and Families, and Staff Counsel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City. He is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of divorce and family law, helping them rebuild their lives.
