Michael H. Hoeflich

Jeff Wagoner is the founder, President, and Counsel at W M LAW. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri Kansas City in 1995. For over 30 years, Jeff has dedicated his career to helping individuals and small businesses with compassion and expertise in the fields of Consumer and Small Business Bankruptcy and Estate Planning and Probate. He is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri.

Throughout his career, Jeff has received numerous accolades for his commitment to professionalism and client service. His recognitions include being named a Super Lawyer for multiple consecutive decades, receiving the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year award, and being acknowledged as a Best of the Bar Bankruptcy Attorney. He has also contributed to the legal community by serving on the Attorney Advisory Committee to the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Jeff is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with distinguished service during the Persian Gulf War—Desert Storm. He commanded three Navy Reserve Units and was awarded several military decorations and medals for his service.

In addition to his legal career, Jeff is passionate about cars. He founded the Kansas City Automotive Museum, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. Despite his busy schedule, he cherishes spending time with his family and fondly remembers coaching his children's sports teams.
