Bryan Robert Reynolds

Bryan Robert Reynolds began his career with a strong foundation in geology, earning a BS in Geology from Indiana University in 1983. He then worked as a Geologist for Reynolds Resources, Inc., where he engaged in oil and gas exploration and development from 1984 to 1988. His legal journey commenced with a J.D. from Chase College of Law in 1991.

Following law school, Bryan joined the Environmental Department of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald in Lexington, KY, where he practiced from 1991 to 1997. His current legal practice emphasizes Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Environmental Law, and Governmental/Municipal and Administrative Law. He is extensively involved in various aspects of oil and gas law, including governmental and regulatory matters, title examination, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and litigation.

Bryan has been a dedicated board member of the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association since 1992 and actively participates in the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. His unique academic and professional background, combined with real-world experience as an independent oil and gas operator, enhances his legal expertise. Additionally, he serves as General Counsel to the Owensboro Riverport Authority.
