In 2010, Jesse began his legal career at Robert Cooley's firm, concentrating on personal injury and bankruptcy cases. His expertise in technology and computer systems significantly contributed to the firm's growth. Five years later, he and Robert Cooley established Cooley & Offill, which now operates three offices in Louisville, Lexington, and Owensboro.
Jesse is married to Natalie Offill, and they are raising their family together.
