Marcus Anthony Roland

Marcus A. Roland is a highly respected attorney with a distinguished 25-year career in Kentucky law. He is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated and has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to litigating workers' compensation claims. Roland has successfully represented clients in over 1,000 workers' compensation cases, advocating before Administrative Law Judges, the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, and the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Marcus earned his B.A. from Union College, his M.A. from the University of Cincinnati, and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is also a trained mediator and meeting facilitator. As the editor of Roland Litigation's workers' compensation blog, Ouch!, he has received recognition from LexisNexis as a top workers' compensation blog for three consecutive years. Additionally, Marcus is the sole Kentucky attorney on LexisNexis' Workers' Compensation Advisory Board and oversees the state's workers' compensation law updates.
