His career includes roles at the U.S. General Accounting Office and the Internal Revenue Service in New Orleans. While working full-time at the IRS, he attended Loyola Law School at night.
Upon graduating from law school, Joseph joined a mid-sized Shreveport firm, where he practiced for 31 years. On August 1, 2016, he established his own practice, Gilsoul & Aronson, LLC, with esteemed colleague Lee Aronson.
