Ryan S. Cook

Ryan S. Cook serves as an associate counsel at Shepherd Smith Edwards & Kantas LTD LLP, where he focuses on securities arbitration and litigation. He actively represents a diverse clientele, including individual investors, high net worth and institutional investors, corporate executives, regional banks, and municipal issuers.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Cook gained valuable experience in the securities industry as a licensed and registered representative with a major broker/dealer. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from South Texas College of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as the class salutatorian. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
