Nicole S. Williamson

Nicole S. Williamson is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with the Webb Law Firm, providing legal representation throughout southern Maine from our Saco and Portland locations. As a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL), Nicole is committed to defending the rights of her clients.

Originally hailing from Falls Church, Virginia, Nicole spent much of her life in New England. She earned a B.A. in English and Pre-Law Studies from Virginia Tech in 2012. Following her work as a paralegal in Washington, D.C., she pursued her legal education at Georgetown University Law Center, eventually moving to Maine in 2017 to be closer to family. Nicole graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 2021.

Nicole's journey at Webb Law Firm began as an intern in 2020. After passing the bar, she joined the firm as an associate, focusing on criminal defense. Her practice is evenly divided between felony and misdemeanor cases. Nicole is dedicated to advocating for her clients in a variety of criminal matters.

Common criminal offenses in southern Maine include OUI (Operating Under the Influence), domestic violence assault, drug possession, theft, assault crimes, drug trafficking, operating after suspension (OAS), violation of conditions of release (VCR), sex crimes, and burglary. Nicole provides robust defense strategies for these charges, ensuring her clients receive fair representation.
