Jessica Andritz

Jessica Andritz brings extensive experience in handling complex zoning, subdivision, and administrative law cases in Charles County, Maryland. She has represented numerous large developers and local businesses, and has played a pivotal role in establishing several Home Owner’s Associations in the area. Her strong connections with the local real estate community and government officials are well recognized.

Jessica leads the firm’s departments in zoning & land use, homeowner’s association, and corporate law. Her expertise includes assisting clients in obtaining necessary permits and development-related approvals such as concept plans, preliminary plans, site development plans, and final plats. Her current clientele includes builders and developers throughout Maryland. Recent projects have involved ensuring compliance with the Critical Area Law, resolving disputes with homeowners associations, and advising on obtaining waivers, special exceptions, and variances from local Boards of Appeal.

Her leadership roles have included serving as the former chair of the Environmental Subcommittee of the Charles County Liaison Committee of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and co-chairing the Choose Charles Committee of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she is a past President of the Waldorf Rotary Club.
