Samuel H. Wiest

Samuel H. Wiest serves as an associate at Dugan, McKissick & Longmore, LLC, where he focuses on real estate transactions and related litigation. His expertise extends to assisting clients with the formation and management of homeowners associations and condominiums. Samuel also works on foreclosures, tax sales, and the drafting of contracts, loan documents, and leases.

Samuel obtained his law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. Following his graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Nalley at the Circuit Court for Charles County before joining the firm.

Fluent in Spanish, Samuel enjoys traveling abroad, with a particular fondness for Spain. He resides in St. Mary’s County with his spouse and three children.
