Robert Holmes Fennessy Jr

Robert Holmes Fennessy Jr. is a distinguished attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court. He specializes in family and probate law, frequently appearing before the Family and Probate Courts to handle divorce, separation, and other family law matters. In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Fennessy is an Adjunct Professor of Law at UMass Law School in Dartmouth, having previously taught at the Southern New England School of Law.

Attorney Fennessy has dedicated over two decades to public service in his community, holding positions such as Selectman, Finance Committee member, Conservation Commission member, and Constable. He has also served as Town Administrator for two towns.
