Eric Albert Parzianello

Eric Albert Parzianello is a distinguished attorney with a focus on representing employers and entrepreneurs in all facets of employment and business law. His expertise includes handling severance and termination issues, non-compete disputes, and the protection of proprietary information. Eric also represents clients in Fair Labor Standards Act disputes, particularly those involving the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division.

Much of his litigation experience pertains to business breakups, corporate and partnership dissolutions, securities and shareholder disputes, and related valuation concerns.
