Eric William Beyer

Eric William Beyer is a distinguished partner at the firm, focusing on personal injury law across various areas such as wrongful death, car accidents, premises liability, product liability, professional negligence, and workers’ compensation. He holds licenses to practice in both state and federal courts in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, Eric spent his formative years working in his father's business along the North Shore. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and earned his law degree with honors from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. After completing his education, Eric returned to Duluth, launching his legal career in 1998.

In 2003, Eric was honored as an "Up and Coming Attorney" by Minnesota Lawyer, recognizing his exceptional achievements within his first decade of practice. He was later named a 2019 Minnesota Super Lawyer, an accolade awarded to less than 5% of practicing attorneys in the state. Eric has also been acknowledged as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyer six times.

Eric's career includes over 18 years of experience in personal injury law with Falsani, Balmer, Peterson, Quinn & Beyer in Duluth, before joining SiebenCarey's Duluth office in 2016. A lifelong resident of Duluth, Eric enjoys outdoor activities that connect him to the region, such as canoeing, hunting, and fishing. He is also an active member of the Two Harbors and Duluth Curling Clubs.
