Mike T. Ramsey

Mike T. Ramsey, a native of the Gulf Coast, has been serving as an Air Force reservist at Keesler Air Force Base since 2007. His legal practice is concentrated on bankruptcy and consumer litigation, where he is committed to assisting individuals in South Mississippi in overcoming financial difficulties and challenging banks, abusive creditors, and debt collectors.

Mike is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), a national organization focused on consumer bankruptcy law and the protection of consumer debtors' rights in bankruptcy proceedings.

He has received training in Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Litigation Model, which equips consumers to effectively counter creditors in bankruptcy cases. Additionally, Mike is a member of the Bankruptcy Local Rules Committee, which is responsible for discussing and establishing local rules for the Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
