Natalia Vian Porsche

Natalia Vian Porsche is a dedicated trial attorney with extensive experience in handling both criminal and civil cases at the state and federal levels. She holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she graduated in the top 33% of her class and achieved the highest grade in Constitutional Law. During her time at Loyola, Natalia earned a certificate in international studies and participated in a study abroad program at Moscow State University.

Natalia's legal career is marked by her passion for criminal defense and personal injury litigation. Despite her family's immigration to the United States in 2005, her interests extend beyond immigration law. She has successfully represented numerous personal injury plaintiffs and has earned the respect of clients and jurors through her commitment to criminal defense. Her first solo criminal trial concluded with a mistrial, showcasing her determination in the courtroom. Natalia has also served as a specially appointed prosecutor in the Justice Court of Jackson County, Mississippi.

During her studies, Natalia worked closely with Family Law Professor M. Isabel Medina on an appellate brief to the Board of Immigration Appeals. She gained valuable experience clerking for a Gulf Coast personal injury firm and interning with a Supreme Court Justice in Buffalo, New York.

Natalia is licensed to practice law in both New York and Mississippi. She is also eligible to practice before the District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
