Steven Price Nixon

Steven Price Nixon has joined Rundlett Law Firm, bringing his expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Health Care Directives to the Biloxi community. He specializes in handling Estate and Probate matters in Chancery Court and assists families with property challenges and land title issues.

Originally from Clinton, Mississippi, Steven is dedicated to his family, raising three sons with his wife, Fran. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University in 1999 and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in 2004.

Since 2006, Steven has successfully managed a law practice in Clinton and has experience as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Clinton. His extensive courtroom experience spans Chancery, County, and Circuit Courts, and he has a solid background in appellate law, having clerked for the late Judge William Myers on the Mississippi Court of Appeals from 2004-2005.

Steven has briefed and argued cases before the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Mississippi Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Louisiana and possesses an intermediate level of Spanish fluency, enhancing his ability to serve a diverse clientele.
