About Stephen Burrow
Originally from New Orleans, Stephen Burrow has been a resident of Jackson County for most of his life. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in 1988, graduating with a Certificate in German Public and International Affairs with Distinction. In 1993, he completed his Juris Doctor at Tulane University's School of Law, along with a Certificate in European Legal Practice. During his time at Tulane, Stephen served as the President of the Tulane Law School, worked as an extern clerk for U.S. District Judge Martin L. C. Feldman in the Eastern District of Louisiana, and contributed as a senior member of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Tulane Inns of Court.
