Tristan Russell Armer

Tristan R. Armer has dedicated twenty years to representing businesses, employers, insurance companies, and public entities in workers' compensation and general liability cases. With a strong track record in both state and federal courts, he effectively resolves or settles cases to minimize costs for his clients.

Mr. Armer's background in finance, coupled with his experience serving on the board of a brake manufacturing company, equips him with a deep understanding of litigation expenses and their impact on the bottom line. This insight allows him to offer cost-efficient defense strategies. In addition to his civil defense practice, he continues to handle criminal and regulatory violation cases, as well as bankruptcy matters.

A past president of the Jackson County Bar Association, Mr. Armer was recognized in the Super Lawyers® Mid-South Edition for his work in the workers' compensation practice area. He holds a B.B.A. from James Madison University and a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. His professional commitments extend to community involvement, as he serves on the Vestry of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Ocean Springs and the Jackson County Harbor Commission. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and home-brewing.
