Matthew Granda, the managing partner of Claggett & Sykes Law Firm, began his journey in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, where he completed high school. He then enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving four years in the infantry and participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After his honorable service, Matthew moved to Las Vegas to pursue higher education. He attended the College of Southern Nevada and the University of Phoenix, earning a degree in Business Marketing. Matthew graduated magna cum laude from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law in 2012, where he was an active member of the Society of Advocates moot court team.
Matthew's legal career at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm began during his second year of law school as a law clerk. Upon passing the bar exam in 2012, he joined the firm as an associate legal professional. His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to partner in 2017.
