Casey Xavier

Casey Xavier hails from Louisiana, but he considers Las Vegas his forever home. At just 18, he ran for city council in his hometown, and by 20, he became the youngest elected official in Louisiana history. That same year, he was appointed mayor pro-tempore by his peers and was elected as vice-chair of elected officials for his state political party at 21.

Before establishing his roots in Las Vegas, Casey's career journey took him across America, involving diverse experiences such as interning for a congressman on Capitol Hill and contributing to educational development globally. His work in the legal tech industry helped law firms nationwide enhance their operations.

Prior to founding Xavier Injury Law, Casey briefly led the litigation department at Heidari Law Group, where he successfully recovered millions of dollars. His passion for trial law led him to establish his own firm. Before this, he served as a trial lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm, where he honed his litigation skills.

Casey is dedicated to ensuring justice through financial compensation, believing it's a constitutional right. He is committed to making the world safer by holding companies accountable for their actions. His trial expertise has been further refined through the Mark Lanier Trial Academy and Trial Lawyers University.
