Alexander G. LeVeque

Alexander G. LeVeque serves as the managing partner of the firm, guiding clients through complex trust/estate, real property, and appellate litigation. He provides counsel to both foreign and domestic businesses and individuals, handling intricate disputes such as breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, fraud, and embezzlement.

Alexander has a proven track record, having litigated numerous multi-million-dollar cases and achieved favorable settlements. He has successfully tried jury and bench trials in Nevada state courts and won several appeals in the Supreme Court of Nevada. Recently, his focus has expanded to include domestic asset protection (spendthrift) trust litigation and decanting litigation.

His professional accolades include being an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and annual recognition by Super Lawyers Mountain States since 2016.
