Samuel Figueroa

Samuel I. Figueroa serves as a legal counsel in Henderson, Nevada, where he focuses on misdemeanor crimes such as DUIs, Domestic Battery, and minor traffic offenses. His passion for criminal defense stems from personal family experiences, as both his father and uncle spent significant portions of their lives incarcerated for drug and violent offenses. These events, coupled with his mother's guidance through the Church, inspired Mr. Figueroa's dedication to helping those without a voice.

Between 2015 and 2019, Mr. Figueroa pursued a major in Theology at the University of St. Thomas, where he achieved numerous academic accolades. He continued his education in law school from 2019 to 2022, where he was mentored in writing and understanding the black letter law. This mentorship contributed to his consistent presence on the Dean’s List during his third year and his successful first attempt at the Nevada bar exam.

Outside his professional life, Mr. Figueroa enjoys bodybuilding, hiking at Lake Tahoe, and cherishing moments with his family. His faith and personal history continue to guide his legal career and community involvement.
