Kristin Ross

Kristin Ross is a dedicated partner at her firm, where she expertly navigates clients through insurance claims and complex litigation processes. Her practice is concentrated in Vermont and New Hampshire, where she advocates for individuals in personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage disputes. She is well-versed in trial proceedings and excels in all litigation stages, including depositions, motion practice, and mediations.

Kristin has achieved significant success in negotiating substantial, confidential settlements for her clients. Notably, she played a pivotal role on the appellate team for the Vermont Supreme Court case, Dzemila Heco v. Johnson Controls, Inc., contributing to a 43-million-dollar verdict in a product liability matter.

Kristin earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 2009, where she was recognized for her advocacy skills as a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. She participated in the General Practice Program, which integrates substantive law with practical skills. During 2007 and 2008, she contributed to the Service Member's Legal Defense Network by lobbying for the repeal of the "don't ask don't tell" policy.
