Adam Gana

Adam Gana is the managing partner of Gana Weinstein LLP, where he leads a practice dedicated to all aspects of securities arbitration and litigation. He brings extensive experience to the table, having represented clients in various dispute resolution forums such as JAMS, NFA, and FINRA, as well as in State and Federal Courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gana has acted as lead counsel in over forty trials, achieving verdicts in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before the AAA. He has also successfully settled hundreds of cases through mediation and direct negotiation.

Mr. Gana's professional achievements include being named in New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars® for eight consecutive years, an accolade recognizing the top 2.5% of attorneys.
