Jose Wilfrido Hernandez brings 23 years of legal expertise to his work in personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, construction site injuries, trucking accidents, nursing home negligence, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, and criminal defense in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jose has a strong commitment to public service, having served as a municipal court public defender for seven years. His dedication to ethics in law is evident through his four-year tenure with the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Office of Attorney Ethics, District I Ethics Committee. Additionally, he frequently volunteers as a speaker at ethics seminars organized by the New Jersey Association of Justice and the Camden County Bar Association.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Jose is fluent in Spanish, enabling him to effectively advocate for Spanish-speaking clients. He is dedicated to defending the rights of those injured due to others' negligence. Jose earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1989 and completed his legal education at Widener University School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
