Albert J. Soler

Albert J. Soler serves as a Partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck within the Entertainment, Sports, Media, and Intellectual Property practice group. He is the visionary behind Beat Street Entertainment and Beat Street Music Group, where he provides comprehensive legal services in entertainment, litigation, trademark, commercial transactions, and licensing.

Albert has an impressive client portfolio that includes NFL star Brian Westbrook of the Philadelphia Eagles, hip-hop icon Havoc of Mobb Deep, DJ L.E.S., rapper Big Noyd, hip-hop pioneer E-40, and America's Got Talent winner Bianca Ryan. His clientele also features singer Riley McEvoy, mixed martial artists Jonavin “Spider” Webb and Eddy “Taino Warrior” Torres, Galileo Films, celebrity designer Brian Lichtenberg, The Michaels Organization, and Stuff 4 Multiples LLC.

Before joining Scarinci Hollenbeck, Albert honed his litigation skills at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York. His practice there encompassed commercial and securities litigation, as well as investigations by governmental and regulatory bodies. He advised pharmaceutical companies on breach of contract cases, defended a major beverage company in similar disputes, and represented an international bank during inquiries by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York State Attorney General's Office. Albert also handled internal investigations and compliance reviews for a global oil services firm.

Albert earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA in 1997 and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the SDNY, EDNY, and EDPA.
