Barry D. Wein

Barry D. Wein, a seasoned attorney based in Clifton, New Jersey, has been a steadfast advocate for injured workers since 1978. He began his educational journey with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in public administration from The American University, graduating cum laude in 1975. He then earned his law degree from The Hofstra University School Of Law in 1978.

Following his graduation, Barry served as a law clerk for The Honorable Arthur L. Troast, Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, in Hackensack from 1978 to 1979. His career is exclusively focused on Workers' Compensation Law, where he passionately represents workers injured in workplace accidents or suffering from occupational diseases.

Barry is an active member of several legal associations, including the Workers' Compensation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He also contributes to the New Jersey Advisory Council On Health And Safety, collaborating with labor unions, attorneys, and medical professionals to protect workers' rights.

In addition to his legal practice, Barry educates various groups on workers' compensation law through lectures aimed at unions, attorneys, paralegals, and insurance adjusters.
