Dennis P. Uhlmann Jr.

Dennis P. Uhlmann Jr. joined the firm in August 2015 and advanced to Shareholder by October 2019. He plays a pivotal role in various legal areas, including title review, preparation of pleadings in both uncontested and contested foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy cases. His responsibilities extend to appearing in foreclosure mediation and making appearances at Federal, State, and Municipal levels, as well as managing real estate closings.

With a background that began at the processor level, Mr. Uhlmann has a comprehensive understanding of foreclosure and bankruptcy processes. He has been immersed in the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy field since September 2007, initially working at one of New Jersey’s largest foreclosure firms. There, he gained extensive experience, rapidly progressing from processor to team lead, and then supervisor before pursuing a law degree and returning as an attorney.

Throughout his career, Mr. Uhlmann has focused on real estate law, covering areas such as mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, and document preparation and review. He has actively litigated various matters, employing alternative dispute resolution strategies, including mediation and loss mitigation. Additionally, he has participated in numerous hearings, oral arguments, and emergent motions. Mr. Uhlmann is committed to exceeding client expectations and ensuring cases are managed efficiently.
