Maria A Giammona

Maria A. Giammona, a seasoned attorney in Clifton, New Jersey, specializes in divorce and family law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University before obtaining her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. Following her graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Randolph M. Subryan, J.S.C., in the Family Part of Passaic County from September 1998 to August 1999.

Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1998, Ms. Giammona has focused her legal practice on family law. She has worked with various boutique family law firms and, in 2018, established her own practice. In 2019, she embraced her political science background by running for Freeholder of Passaic County.

An active member of the Passaic County Bar Association, Ms. Giammona volunteers with the Early Settlement Panel Program across Essex, Passaic, Morris, and Sussex Counties.
