Robert K. Chewning

Robert K. Chewning serves as an associate at McLaughlin & Nardi, LLC, where he specializes in complex commercial, contractual, employment, civil litigation, and bankruptcy issues. Robert has extensive experience with cases involving retaliation, whistleblower protections under the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, disability harassment, and employee versus independent contractor status under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New Jersey’s Wage and Hour Law.

Robert has crafted briefs on employment matters for numerous cases, including appeals to the New Jersey Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
