Monica Vir

Monica Vir focuses her legal practice on business transactions, financing transactions, commercial real estate, non-profit, and health care law. She provides legal guidance to a diverse range of clients, from closely held family businesses to large national and international corporations. Known for her pragmatic approach, Monica is regarded as an essential team member by her clients, often guiding them from corporate formation to asset disposition.

Actively engaged in her community, Monica serves on the Board of Directors for Hometowne Television in Summit, New Jersey. She is also a founding member of Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative, which supports professional women in developing business and mentoring relationships. In 2015, Monica was honored by the New Jersey Law Journal as a New Leader of the Bar and was recognized by NJBIZ in its prestigious "40 Under 40" list, celebrating outstanding achievements in New Jersey’s business community.
