He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Gillman earned his B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He actively participates in the New Jersey Bar Association, Bankruptcy Law Section, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA).
