Pamela Lynn Brause

Pamela Lynn Brause has been a dedicated legal professional since 1982, admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Her credentials extend to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court since 1992. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College in 1979 and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 1982.

Ms. Brause is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. She has also contributed her expertise as a Middlesex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist and served as a 2014-2015 Middlesex County Bar Foundation Trustee. Her leadership roles include participation in the Middlesex County Assignment Judge’s Criminal Lawyers Committee and co-chairing the Middlesex County Bar Association Criminal Committee.

With extensive litigation experience, Ms. Brause has tried over 100 cases across the New Jersey courts, including criminal jury trials, divorce and custody hearings, civil lawsuits, and workers’ compensation trials. Notably, she is among the few attorneys in New Jersey to have tried several capital murder cases.
