Christopher Neil Doval

Christopher Neil Doval, Esq., has been practicing law in Virginia since 2011, with a focus on business ethics, business law, immigration law, and intellectual property law. He played a pivotal role at Diaspora Law, overseeing all aspects of its operations.

In academia, Mr. Doval served as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Morgan State University's Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. He also taught as an Assistant Professor of Management and Marketing at Virginia State University's Reginald F. Lewis College of Business. Between 2015 and 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at Yale University's Institution for Social and Policy Studies, contributing to the Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics Sherwin B. Nuland Summer Institute in Bioethics.

Mr. Doval earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Telecommunications, Security and Network Management from Syracuse University, focusing on Internet Law, Intellectual Property, and Technology Commercialization. His undergraduate degree in Philosophy, with minors in Religious Studies and English, was obtained from Virginia Commonwealth University.

An accomplished scholar, Mr. Doval has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals covering legal, public policy, and management topics. He has presented his research at numerous prestigious national and international conferences.
