Joseph Lawrence McCaffrey

Joseph McCaffrey is a committed attorney serving the Elizabeth, New Jersey community as part of the Selem-Antonucci team. Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Joseph is well-equipped to handle a variety of legal needs. He is a graduate of Widener University – Delaware School of Law, where he was involved in the Transactional Law Honor Society, made the Dean’s List, and led both the Brehon's Irish Law Society and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Before joining Selem-Antonucci, Joseph gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable James J. McGann at the Monmouth County Superior Court. This role allowed him to deepen his understanding of the legal process and enhance his skills in legal research and writing.

Raised in Union, New Jersey, Joseph is passionate about giving back to his community by providing exceptional legal services. His educational background also includes a B.A. from Rowan University – Rohrer College of Business, further enriching his legal expertise.

Joseph's achievements include winning the Brehon Law Foundation PFCU Scholarship, which underscores his dedication and academic excellence.
