Maurice W. McLaughlin is a founding member of McLaughlin & Nardi, LLC, where he oversees the litigation practice. His legal experience spans complex negotiations, litigation, and transactions. Maurice has extensive experience in state, federal, and administrative courts throughout the Northeast. Before his role at the firm, he served as a law clerk for Judges Barbara A. Curran and Frances L. Antonin at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Hudson County. His background as a litigator includes trying cases and negotiating settlements.

In addition to his litigation work, Maurice serves as a mediator. He mediates disputes between private parties and is appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey for cases being litigated there. The court also entrusts him with mentoring new mediators.

From 1999 to 2010, Maurice was an adjunct professor at the Public Administration Institute of Farleigh Dickinson University, teaching law, ethics, and communications.
