Michael David Mirne

Michael D. Mirne, born in New Jersey in 1970, began his educational journey at Ocean Township High School, graduating in 1989. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1993. Mr. Mirne's career in the real estate industry started in 1995 after completing his studies at the Weichert School of Real Estate, where he successfully established himself as a property manager. Following the conversion of some properties in his portfolio to condominiums, he transitioned to full-time legal studies at Seton Hall University School of Law.

In 2001, Mr. Mirne opened his law practice, concentrating on representing landlords and property owners. He is licensed to practice in all New Jersey State Courts and Federal Courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Recognizing the importance of tax appeal expertise, Mr. Mirne became a Certified Tax Assessor in 2009, enhancing his firm's capabilities in this area.

A recognized authority in Landlord Tenant Law, Mr. Mirne frequently lectures on eviction topics for the New Jersey State Bar Association. He serves as co-chairman of the Monmouth County Bar Association’s Special Civil Part Committee and has been a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Special Civil Part Rules Committee.
