Andrew W. Li

Andrew W. Li, Counsel at The Wolf Law Firm, is dedicated to advocating for consumers' rights under state and federal consumer protection laws. His legal expertise spans individual claims and class actions involving consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices, such as motor vehicle sales and repairs, home improvement contracts, and abusive debt collection practices.

Mr. Li earned his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School in 1997, following his graduation from St. John’s College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Mathematics and Science and in Philosophy. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal district courts of New Jersey since 1997, the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit since 2003, and the United States Supreme Court since 2006.

Before joining The Wolf Law Firm, Mr. Li provided legal counsel to New Jersey school districts in various courts, offering specialized services to local boards of education. His work included representation in negligence and tort claims, special education, anti-harassment, intimidation and bullying (HIB), public employment, public contracting, and school construction matters.

With over fifteen years of litigation experience, Mr. Li has predominantly represented public and governmental entities, local boards of education, and private businesses across a spectrum of legal issues. His extensive practice includes handling negligence claims related to motor vehicle liability, defective products, dangerous premises, and governmental liability.
