Patrick Lynn Falcon

Patrick L. Falcon, a native of Monmouth County, New Jersey, established Falcon Law Firm, LLC in 1995. His practice is dedicated to advocating for injured individuals, aiming to secure fair compensation for their injuries. Patrick's extensive experience includes handling thousands of personal injury cases across New Jersey, including Atlantic, Burlington, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Somerset, and Union Counties.

Patrick's legal career began with an internship at the federal public defender’s office in Trenton, New Jersey, under the Honorable John Hughes. There, he gained insight into high-level criminal cases and trial proceedings. During his law school years, he worked at Lester, Schwab, Katz, and Dryer, focusing on asbestos defense, where he honed skills in conducting complex depositions and identifying defendants.

After law school, Patrick joined Price Waterhouse, where he dealt with intricate tax issues for international and commercial banks, negotiating tax reductions with the IRS. He was also at the forefront of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, partnering with national law firms to recover substantial settlements for his clients.

Patrick's diverse legal background enables him to identify case strengths and expose weaknesses in opposing arguments, optimizing settlements for his clients. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, lifting weights, and running. Fluent in Spanish, Patrick is also active in his community, having served as Council President and Fire and Police Commissioner in Matawan, New Jersey.
